Veteran Suicide Prevention Campaign
You Are Not Alone
We lose nearly 18 Veterans every day from suicide.
It’s more than a statistic. It reflects Veterans who have bravely served our country and whose lives have ended too soon. We grieve this loss with the family members, loved ones, and the Nation.
One Veteran suicide is one too many.
You Are Not Alone.
Serving Those Who Served
The You Are Not Alone (YANA) campaign is focused on working within the local community and nationally to provide resources to our Veterans and Service Members focused on mental health. Our goal is to positively impact the suicide crisis facing our Nation’s Veterans and Service Members.

5 Weeks
In less than five short weeks, a team from four companies, including BlueHalo, Torch, Sentar, and Paragon, and the Huntsville Chamber Of Commerce coordinated and executed the first YANA events.
5 Events
In that 5-week timeline, the YANA team executed a food-truck rally (Huntsville, AL), three organizational days (Rockville, MD; Huntsville, AL; Colorado Springs, CO), and one Bourbon Night (Huntsville, AL).
15k+ Raised
In this short period, YANA raised over $15,000 and donated 100% of all proceeds to our 2023 Title Charity, The Gary Sinise Foundation.
You Are Not Alone is expanding in 2024.

We are all members of the same community, and we all care about our Veterans and Service Members. Many within this community are in crisis, and we can help!
Volunteering, getting educated about the crisis, and contributing to and participating in activities like You Are Not Alone can make an impact and save lives!
Our service members are our freedom providers. If they’re going to go to a hostile place like Afghanistan or Iraq or the many dangerous battlefields throughout the history of our country, I think we owe it to them to back them up, to try to help them get through it, and to take care of them when they get home.
Gary Sinise
The willingness of America's veterans to sacrifice for our country has earned them our lasting gratitude.
Jeff Miller
It takes communities and families coming together to help veterans who are struggling. Too many battle these issues in silence and never get their needed help.
Veronica Raussin
And the truth is that all Veterans pay with their lives. Some pay all at once, while others pay over a lifetime.
