Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Matthew (Matt) Ramsey has spent 35 years supporting the U.S. Government (USG) and commercial sectors with unique technology solutions to enable offensive and defensive operations. Now, as CIO, he drives BlueHalo’s information technology and cybersecurity strategy to support the business and its processes as the company continues to acquire and integrate like-minded companies. Matt transitioned into the commercial sector to pursue new adventures while still supporting the USG. As the CEO and founder, he built and transacted his technology company (Excivity, Inc.) to Arlington Capital Partners and BlueHalo in early 2020.
