BlueHalo was my first job out of the Navy. I knew I wanted to pursue a career in CNO engineering, I just wasn’t sure where to start with some of the basics, like understanding how LCATs work, the clearance process, and putting together a resume that fit the job I wanted. The hiring manager met with me individually for months, ensuring my transition was really smooth. That was 5 years ago. Today, I’m still at BlueHalo and in a CNO engineering job that is exactly where I wanted to be after retiring from the services.
