Terri Walker-Spoonhour is the SVP of Integration for BlueHalo. In this role, Terri leads BlueHalo’s Integration Management Offices for current and future acquisitions, while driving program operations efficiencies.
Prior to joining BlueHalo, Walker-Spoonhour served in a similar role at Eqlipse Technologies. Prior to Eqlipse, Walker-Spoonhour was Senior Vice President of Operations for Alion Science & Technology’s defense services and products enterprise to include, integrated live, virtual, and constructive (LVC), cyber, electronic warfare (EW), and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). Following the acquisition of Alion by Huntington Ingalls in August of 2021, she became Chief Operating Officer of the Technical Solutions Division for the company, focused on the integration of the former Alion portfolio and performance of the division. She has also held high-level leadership roles at QinetQ North America and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
